At NESTIQ, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital, please read this policy carefully before buying.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Since we cannot "return" a digital file once it has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds simply based on a change of mind.
Satisfaction Guarantee
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you feel the NESTIQ ADHD Bundle genuinely isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at nestiqadhd@gmail.com, and let us know what didn't meet your expectations. We'll do our best to help — whether that means additional guidance, a replacement resource, or, where appropriate, a refund.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refund requests may be granted in the following cases:
- The file(s) were never received due to a technical error on our end.
- The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.
- You made a duplicate purchase by mistake.
Refunds are not available for:
- Simply changing your mind after downloading the files.
- Failure to use the product due to personal circumstances unrelated to the product itself.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at nestiqadhd@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Issues
If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, or received the wrong file, contact us immediately — we're happy to resolve this at no cost to you, no refund necessary.
